Description

This property is truly unique: an early 20th century villa in good condition in a frontline location on the beach of Puerto de Sóller. The villa maintains the character of the summer houses of the past century: large windows open to the sea, front terrace, mosaic floors, original Mallorcan tiles and an impressive staircase between both floors — in short, a gem from the past. The 7 bedroom property has been maintained and upgraded by its current owners so that it features air conditioning hot/ cold throughout the house, a modern kitchen and even an elevator. In addition, the villa has a small garden at the rear, a separate guest apartment and a garage.
