The property was originally built in 1930 and completely restored with lots of care and attention to detail. Today the house is offered in a mint condition with all modern amenities that one would expect from a property of this category. The house is situated in a quiet residential area in Marivent, minutes from the seaside and the Marivent Palace, the summer residence of the Spanish royal family. A very important feature of the property is the beautiful mature garden with impressive palm trees, Mediterranean pines and a vast selection of subtropical flowers and bushes. The elevated swimming pool with its extensive terraces become the central point for entertaining with family and friends. Additional features of this exclusive piece Mallorca real estate include air conditioning h/c, underfloor heating, natural stone flooring, barbecue, guest apartment and ample storage. There is also garage parking for 2 cars with additional exterior parking. The large, sandy beach of Cala Mayor is less than 5 minutes walking from the house as well as a wide selection of restaurants and local shops. The famous seaside promenade of Palma, Paseo Marítimo, is a 10-minute walk away and the international airport is reached in 15 minutes by car.
