Description
Situated in the heart of the south/east Mallorcan countryside, just outside the quiet village of Calonge (which has two great restaurants), but only two miles from the beaches and nightlife of Cala d'Or. Here you will find an oasis of peace and tranquillity. Five bedrooms with five ensuite bathrooms, 6 with the guest apartment. Private swimming pool, beautiful gardens on a private plot of 5 hectares. Drive through the electric gate and up the driveway to "Se Serra Mitjana", a lovingly restored vine-covered finca, a 200 year old manor house that has been extensively modernised. Step through the rustic double doors of old oak into the large living room, which opens onto the garden. The outdoor terrace for dining is covered/shaded with a vine that hangs heavy with fruit in the summer months. The property also has a concrete boathouse suitable for a boat of up to 12 or 14 metres. On the property you will find almond and almond groves, pepper and laurel trees and a dovecote. This south-east side of Mallorca is rich in beautiful coves and beaches. It is the most beautiful part of a beautiful island. The road to the airport has been upgraded and the country roads are wonderful for cycling. Offers invited.Amenities
