Details:
This unique jewel of a property is situated only a few minutes from the lively market square of Ses Salines. Built in 1904 the traditional village-house has been completely renovated using only the highest-quality materials, and paying loving attention to details. Its Mallorcan character was carefully preserved and natural-stone and wooden elements were harmoniously combined. Indirect lighting assures a pleasant ambience.
When approaching the house the wonderful natural-stone fassade immediately enchants. Entry is into a welcoming, pleasant living area which leads to a fully-equipped kitchen which captivates with its singular design. Large French windows flood the room with natural light and give access to a covered terrace, perfect for alfresco dining. A real, central meeting point of the house. Thereafter comes a separate guest house with a living/sleeping area and bathroom en suite, and pre-equipment for a kitchenette making it independent of the main house.
To the right of the living room is a further bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with a staircase leading to the upper floor. Here there is a generous, airy master-suite with a bathroom en suite, an office, and access to a private terrace offering sweeping views. It would also be possible to convert the office into a further bedroom.
The generously-sized patio is laid out in a Mediterranean style, with a lemon tree decorating the entrance area and a large pool with with adjacent sun terrace, ideal for enjoying countless hours in the sun.
Further features of this attractive property include air conditioning, a private water source, mains power and water, mosquito nets on all windows, an alarm system, and an outside parking space with automatic gate. There is also the possibility to extend the house by approx. 100 sqm.

Location & surrounding area:
Ses Salines is one of the nicest and oldest villages at the southeast coast. The image of the village is characterised by cosy bars and restaurants, where Majorcans and tourists have their “café con leche” while enjoying the sun.
It is a typical Majorcan village that was named after its saline from the era of the Romans. Salt is reaped till this day. The “talaiots”, remains of a prehistoric settlement are also historically very interesting.
Many small bays as Cala Llombards or the dreamlike natural beach of Es Trenc is only a short drive away. You can also discover the beautiful flat landscape by bicycle.
