Description

Details: In the very popular upper part of Alaro is this south-facing village-house offering wonderful sweeping views. It is entered via a pretty patio, and on the ground floor is the kitchen, the living/dining area, a bathroom, and a storage room. Housed on the first floor are 3 bedrooms, and a further room which has been prepared to become a further bathroom. The roof level with sloping roof could be raised if required and used as a further bedroom. At the rear of the house is a large garden orientated to the south-west, with ample space to build a pool, and there is also space to park a car. The property is in good condition but requires modernising and renovation in order to develop its full potential. Returns from holiday lettings: For initial orientation you can use the “Porta Holiday Returns Calculator” without obligation to calculate your potential returns from holiday letting. NB: Due to the current legal situation it is possible that in certain municipalities renting restrictions may apply, or new touristic licences may not be granted. Your Porta Mallorquina real estate consultant will be pleased to advise you whether the property you have chosen is affected. Go to Returns Calculator. Location & surrounding area: Situated at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains is the wonderful and very popular village of Alaro, authentic Mallorcan and with diverse restaurants, bodegas and shopping possibilities open throughout the year. Its weekly market takes place every week on Saturdays and presents a real shopping experience with all typical Mallorcan specialities. During the last few years the village has become more popular with a mixed population including the northern countries as far as Spain, bringing a new charm to the village. From here both cyclists and hikers can comfortably start their excursions to the twin mountains, with Palma itself within easy reach.
