Description

Perched on a dramatic cliffside of Andratx, this is one of the largest private waterfront properties ever available in Mallorca—and likely the last of its kind to be built. With building laws now restricting villa size, no future property will match this scale. Approved before regulations changed, this is a once-in-a-generation chance to own what cannot be replicated. Spread across five plots totaling 7,804 m², the project includes over 3,400 m² for residential use and 4,000 m² of pine-wooded parkland. The approved design features a main and guest residence with a combined built area of 2,263 m² (1,415 m² living + 860 m² Amenity Floor). Excavation began in June 2024. This property offers eight full-size en-suite bedrooms, an extraordinary number in Mallorca where homes of this size can no longer be built. Amenities include two infinity pools, a spa with sauna and steam room, a private cinema, gym, yoga space, among others. A private path leads down to a private marina with tender access to larger yachts. Sustainable architecture blends with the landscape, ensuring privacy from land and sea. A wooden lattice façade moderates the interior climate, and a car elevator serves the 8-car garage. With its unbeatable scale, setting, and approvals in place, this is more than a home—it's the last of Mallorca’s modern estates. Show less Show more
