Description

Located between the towns of Es Carritxó and Portocolom, in the valley that separates the two towns, we find this fabulous Mallorcan style house with winks to a fortress with tower. The house is set in a plot of land of about 14,600 m2 with large areas of well-kept garden, pine forest, fruit trees and a whole area of olive trees and vineyards at the foot of the house. The house has 5 double bedrooms, four of them on the ground floor and a suite in the tower with spectacular views of the valley and partial views of the coast. It has 4 bathrooms, two of them en suite. The kitchen has been completely renovated and we find a large living room with access to the front terrace and porch. In this area of the plot we have a large swimming pool nestled in a well-kept terrace with lawn and pine forest, plus a whole leisure area with jacuzzi, sauna, volleyball court and, of course, a magnificent barbecue area. We also find a very large basement with many possibilities. One of the areas of the basement has been used in the past as a wine cellar and has the necessary elements for the production of its own wine. Outside several terraces give amplitude to the whole, a front terrace over the olive grove and the vineyard gives us wide views over the valley and the inner courtyard just at the entrance of the house still suggests that castle or fortress air that has the whole house. From the barrier at the entrance of the plot we access a paved area with access to a garage right next to the main entrance. The house has split air conditioners in all rooms and living room and oil heating radiators. The property has an active vacation license for 8 people until 2027 and with the possibility of renewal.
