Details:
This finca is not visible from the road and provides absolute privacy. Nestling in the typical Mallorcan hilly landscape it is characterised by its many different terraces and the heated infinity pool. Other highlights of the plot are a large cactus garden, a wonderfully laid out fish pond and a kitchen garden with orange trees and vegetables.
It is entered via an imposing reception area which opens on to a large hallway. Also on this level is the living area with adjoining open kitchen and dining area. There are also 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
An architecturally very successful staircase leads to the upper level of the finca with a further 3 bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. Large terraces offer wonderful panoramas, partly with sea views.
In this lovely house the whole family, with friends, will feel at home.

Location & surrounding area:
Ses Salines is one of the nicest and oldest villages at the southeast coast. The image of the village is characterised by cosy bars and restaurants, where Majorcans and tourists have their “café con leche” while enjoying the sun.
It is a typical Majorcan village that was named after its saline from the era of the Romans. Salt is reaped till this day. The “talaiots”, remains of a prehistoric settlement are also historically very interesting.
Many small bays as Cala Llombards or the dreamlike natural beach of Es Trenc is only a short drive away. You can also discover the beautiful flat landscape by bicycle.
