Description
Beautiful Finca Rústica overlooking the countryside in Cala Bona.Cala Bona is a small town which belongs to the municipality of Capdepera and which is characterized by its traditional fishing port. At the port there is a variety of green areas, seating areas as well as bars and restaurants.
Located in the south of Port Verd and north of Cala Millor, the long port promenade connects all three places.
The finca is located in a very quiet location about half a kilometer from the village where you can find supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies and doctors.
The Mediterranean style house has a living room with satellite TV, a fireplace for the cold nights, a dining room with exit to the covered terrace, an open, fully-equipped kitchen for daily use, a double bedroom, two bedrooms each with two single beds and three bathrooms of which are two en suite.
From the living room you reach the main terrace with direct access to the pool.
The outdoor area has several terraces, a barbecue area, a private pool of 11.5m x 5x to cool down on the hot days, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols as well as a cultivated Mediterranean garden.
The nearest beach is just one kilometer away and the golf course is 10 minutes away by car.
The well-known caves Cuevas del Drach are just 20 minutes away in the porttown of Porto Cristo.
