Description

Private Finca with Pool and Vacation Rental License close to Palma. Secluded in a private little oasis, on a quiet spot this independent villa with a pool sits on a 20,000 m2 plot, dedicated to avocado cultivation. The oldest on the island. The villa is just south of Palmanyola, 10 minutes by car to the city of Palma and 15 to the airport. You would never guess where you are located however, since the large avocado trees (230 of them) create a private, hidden refuge to get lost in. The private driveway leads you in to plenty of parking space, and greets you with this villa consisting of 4 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and 3 bathrooms. The outside area has multiple chill-out spots, and an inviting 50m2 pool is the center of attention. There are various structures on the plot, some for the use of the business, others such as a barbecue, porch and dining area, for more leisure based activities. The 450m2 house importantly has an ETV vacation rental license (without restriction) that makes it along with the bio cultivation of renowned Mallorcan avocados make an excellent investment for any potential buyer. The home is actively used and has excellent business, however this could be improved even further with a mild interior design update. There is pre-installation for a heating system, fibre-optics, double glazing, automatic gate and importantly its own high flowing well with automatic irrigation throughout the farm.
