Description

Historic Manor with Panoramic Views over Palma – A Unique Property Full of Character Just 3 km from the city center, yet a world of its own: this exceptional estate, built in 1890, is one of the last remaining historic manor houses on the outskirts of Palma. Set on an expansive plot of approx. 43,000 m², the property offers around 1,000 m² of constructed space and features 11 bedrooms in total. The original charm of this traditional Mallorcan manor has been beautifully preserved – with authentic flooring, a classic layout, and a wealth of architectural details that reflect the elegance of a bygone era. A true highlight is the breathtaking view over the city and the Bay of Palma – majestic, inspiring, and timeless. This rare gem is perfect for those seeking genuine Mallorcan heritage, generous space, and privacy, all within easy reach of Palma's vibrant center. Show less Show more
