Description

Modern development in Sa Coma, Bunyola. Just a short drive from Palma, the university and the golf course, in a residential area, this house with an original style is in the final stages of completion. A potential buyer could therefore choose some of the finishing touches to suit their preferences. The house has 4 bedrooms, three downstairs and the master ensuite upstairs, all with their own outdoor space with direct access. The home has underfloor heating throughout and a large garage with space for several cars with direct access to the internal staircase, laundry room, wine cellar, charging point for several EV's and a dumb waiter to assist with shopping. A large outdoor area is accessed by large sliding glass windows that disappear into the walls, leaving a large open space to enjoy in the hotter months. This leads to the pool area with its own guest toilet and terrace overlooking Palma Bay. The area enjoys its location at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains and its tranquillity, whilst still being able to enjoy the city of Palma within a short drive. A great opportunity to own a modern family home in an up and coming area. Show less Show more
