Description

The house is situated on 3.374 m2 of land in the small and most attractive hamlet of Ses Alqueries near the village of Santa Eugenia, about 20 minutes from Palma. The constructed area of the property has been completely renovated and carefully restored during the last few years, preserving the old character of the mill and combining traditional and modern elements. This charming home is surrounded by a lovely flat garden with beautiful patios and terraces to enjoy the outdoors during all seasons, a large 12x5 metre salt water swimming pool, a pond adorned with water lilies and a fountain. The property retains its original character and the mill tower remains as it was a few hundred years ago. The layout of the main house is as follows: a large covered porch to the entrance area, inside a reception hall, a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a wine cellar. There is an additional room with a separate entrance, which can be accessed from the porch with lovely views to the garden, currently an office. On the first floor is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom. The separate guest house has a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house has one of the first holiday rental licenses with unlimited validity. This period property has a professionally landscaped garden, antique natural stone and terracotta floors, central heating, air conditioning, solar system and approved permission for a well. There are many fascinating original features throughout the property, including the original mill tower with capell and blades. This unique piece offers a lot of privacy in Mallorca, enjoys sweeping views over the Mallorcan countryside and the idyllic village of Santa Eugènia.
