Description

Located in the southern part of the island of Mallorca, this Mallorcan finca surrounded by its own vineyards takes elegance and grandeur to new heights. The property is located just 2 km from the incredible and idyllic beach of Es Trenc, behind the protected natural park, and only 35 minutes from the airport. The project has championed the use of natural and sustainable building materials, which also bring warmth and humanity: stone, lime, wood, cane, etc. Impressive in size, the country house is divided into two buildings for use as a main residence and guest area, separated by a timelessly elegant courtyard with a fountain, with a plot of 3.5 hectares and a total interior area of approximately 1,100 m². The property has seven bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two kitchens (one of which is professional), a wine cellar, cinema, gym and spa. In the outdoor leisure area, you can enjoy a large swimming pool with solarium and outdoor kitchen. The rural architectural design combines traditional details such as Mediterranean shutters, Arabic tile roofing and flagstone paths with subtle, warm pastel tones on the walls. The abundance of large windows, patios and adjacent terraces, some covered and all facing in different directions, integrate the exterior of the estate, which boasts an impressive landscaping project, including a large area of its own vineyards, palm trees, olive trees and all kinds of vegetation that will make this estate a true Mediterranean gem. The country property has 1.6 hectares of Merlot vineyards which, if the buyer so wishes, can be included in the project developed by the neighbouring estates for the production of a joint wine, blending the different types of grapes for two purposes: small-scale commercialisation or personal consumption. In line with this project, the house has an impressive designer wine cellar which will feature, on the one hand, a cellar with capacity for 1,000 bottles with a space for wine tasting and, on the other, a large dining room where you can enjoy lunch and dinner.
