Description

Conceived by the AMR studio, this imposingresidence merges with the island’s topography as a natural extension of the landscape. Its low profile and roof that mimics the land’s slope allow the house to sink subtly into the hillside, offering its rear façade as a discreet entrance so as not to disturb the privileged view that opens towards the valley. Inside, the layout revolves around a central axis connecting the sleeping, living, and kitchen areas, enabling extraordinary fluidity. Courtyards inspired by Mallorcan architecture filter the Mediterranean light, while an imposing fireplace presides over the communal space. Every detail—from the stone quarried from the property itself to the handmade hydraulic tiles—whispers a commitment to authenticity and timeless beauty. Show less Show more
