On the second floor there are 3 more double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and whirlpool tubs. Two of the bedrooms offer private terraces. The house is furnished in a modern Mallorcan style with antique elements restored by the owner. All furniture is handmade and was custom made by local craftsmen from Mallorcan materials. The house has underfloor heating in all rooms, air conditioning with aerothermy. Through "Airzone" you can control the temperature of your home remotely. This fully equipped house leaves nothing to be desired and your stay will be a particularly beautiful experience amidst the idyll of Mallorca and surrounded by the most beautiful bays of the southeast. The finca is ideal for couples or families who want to escape from everyday life and live in the heart of Mallorca. It is possible to rent the finca for individual months. Location & surrounding area: Santanyí in the southeast of Mallorca is among the most popular villages of the island and has resisted over centuries Romans, Arabs and pirates. The beautiful small city with its golden façade of sandstone is elevated from the green surrounding and attracts tourists as well as residents on Wednesdays and Saturdays to the colourful weekly market. Around the Plaza Mayor, there are various cafés and restaurants offering a broad culinary selection. The surrounding narrow streets with beautiful shops invite you to stroll. The natural preserve of Mondragó is nearby offering numerous routes for hikers, whereas the idyllic bays at the east coast, as Cala Santanyí or Cala Llombarts are perfect for bathing. The harbour of Portocolom and the golf course of Vall d’Or are at a short distance.
