Description

Unique building complex located in the historic centre of Porreres, in need of complete renovation, positioned at the intersection of two of the town’s main streets. The property comprises four separate buildings. The main and largest section consists of two buildings that formerly housed a wine cellar, including storage areas, bottling facilities and tanks. This area offers very high ceilings and a largely open-plan layout, allowing for flexible redevelopment options. The adjacent building is a traditional house with a classic layout, including a living room, former kitchen area, bathroom, bedrooms and a patio terrace that connects directly to the cellar. The complex is completed by a large building that was once used as a cowshed. It features open spaces over two clearly defined levels, and its façade preserves a valuable 18th-century Renaissance window that must be maintained. The property can be purchased as a whole or excluding the former cowshed. A prime opportunity for investors or developers seeking to renovate or create a new project on urban land with strong character, in the heart of one of Mallorca’s most authentic villages.
