Fantastic Finca Rústica Ca na Creu Vella in Artá.In the middle of the Mediterranean nature is this beautiful finca in a very quiet location and with a high degree of privacy. With a distance of only two kilometers to the village you can reach the supermarkets, shops, bakeries, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks and doctors there even on foot.
The house is equipped with a living / dining room with satellite TV and a fireplace for the cold nights, a fully-equipped kitchen with American breakfast, cooking area, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more.
The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and a bathroom with shower is provided for both use.
From the living / dining room you reach the covered terrace which provides shade in the summer and which also has a barbecue area.
A private pool of 8m x 4m serves to cool down for the hot summer months and the large, well-kept Mediterranean garden give the finca a special charm.
The power supply is taken carelessly by solar panels and the water comes from the own well.
In just a few minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana, Cala Mesquida, Ca na Clara, Es Calo, Sa Canova, Cala Agulla and others.
Every Tuesday in Artá there is a market where you can buy fresh food and other products from local producers.
The caves of Artá and the golf course of Canyamel are about 10 minutes away.
If you want to see the untouched nature of Majorca, the Nature Park Levant in Artá offers the ideal conditions with short and long routes to open beaches and Mediterranean nature.
