Description

Located in the municipality of Montuïri, this rustic estate extends over approximately 317,000 m², comprising several plots that form a private setting with excellent access and clear potential for both residential and agricultural use. The built area totals շուրջ 1,300 m², distributed across a main house, auxiliary buildings and several independent units. The main residence, measuring around 450 m², offers generous living spaces with abundant natural light, a spacious kitchen with fireplace and multiple en-suite bedrooms. The upper floor provides approximately 250 m² of additional space, currently open for customization. The estate also includes two independent apartments and several guest houses, some of which remain unfinished internally, allowing the future owner to adapt layouts and finishes. In addition, there is a 100 m² open-plan building, ideal for events, gatherings or multi-purpose use. A key feature of the property is its traditional olive mill (almazara), fully equipped for olive oil production, together with a restored mill, adding both functional and historical value. These elements are directly linked to an olive grove of more than 1,000 trees. The buildings have been restored in keeping with local architectural traditions, using natural stone and marés, and incorporating features such as arches and vaulted ceilings. Plumbing and electrical systems have been updated, and the property is equipped with a solar energy system (10 kW). The land combines cultivated areas with landscaped zones, including various fruit trees (orange, lemon, fig), and benefits from an irrigation system supplied by wells, cisterns and water tanks. Additional features include horse stables, a restored water wheel, a wood-fired oven and other traditional structures that reinforce the estate’s rural character. Given its scale, number of buildings and productive elements, this is a property rarely found on the Mallorca market, suitable for both private use and larger-scale projects. Show less Show more
