Description

Es Revellar is not a conventional country estate, but an architectural statement. Six wings radiate from a shared central point – the kitchen, the true heart of the home – before flowing naturally towards the terraces, garden and pool. This distinctive layout creates ever-changing perspectives, private retreats and, at the same time, an extraordinary sense of openness and connection. The entire living area is arranged on one level, creating a home that feels light, open and perfectly integrated into the Mediterranean landscape. Natural stone, warm materials and a carefully designed lighting concept give the interiors depth, calm and character. Each bedroom enjoys its own private outdoor space, while the generous communal areas blur the boundaries between inside and out. The Gaggenau kitchen forms the centre of everyday life, complemented by individual details such as a fireplace created by an artist. The living room also opens towards the exterior, creating a home designed to be enjoyed throughout every season. What is barely noticeable at first glance is the technical sophistication behind this effortless atmosphere. The finca is entirely self-sufficient, independently producing its own energy and water. Geothermal technology provides highly efficient heating and cooling, drinking water is produced and purified on site, rainwater is extensively collected and water is intelligently reused throughout the property. The entire home technology is connected, allowing lighting, climate, irrigation and security to be centrally managed and remotely controlled. Highly sophisticated technology, yet almost invisible in everyday life. Beneath the single-level architecture lies an entirely separate world with a spa, home cinema and independently climate-controlled wine cellar. The result is an estate that combines Mediterranean serenity with exceptional design, outstanding craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology – understated, yet considered down to the smallest detail.
