Fantastic Finca Rústica in Artá with a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding countryside.In a very quiet location, about 2 km from Son Servera golf course and 10 minutes from the most beautiful sandy beaches and bays in the area.The finca in Mediterranean style is given a special charm by the typical materials such as natural stones and wooden beams.The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a living room with SAT TV, a typical Mallorcan kitchen equipped with everything you need, a dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.On the first floor are two bedrooms with double beds, the main bedroom with double bed facing the pool, two bathrooms with shower and a large sun terrace with fantastic views. The three bedrooms upstairs are equipped with air conditioning.The beds have the following sizes: four beds of 0.90m x 1.90m, a bed of 1.40m x 1.90m and another bed of 1.50m x 1.90m. All bedrooms have high ceilings with wooden beams.In the outdoor area is a large covered terrace with sofas and a large table with chairs, a barbecue area, a pool to cool off during the hot summer months with a fantastic view of the bay of Costa de los Pinos and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols and a cultivated Mediterranean garden.In just 5 kilometers away is the picturesque village of Artá, where you find all basic services such as bakers, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, pharmacies and doctors.In the same village is the Parque Natural de Levante with many different routes for hikers and cyclists and a variety of unspoiled beaches and the famous caves of Artá.ET / 538/2013
