Are you looking for a cosy holiday home in Mallorca, so easy to maintain that you just have to remember to lock the door when you travel? This is the perfect property for you! Built in 1969 in a small community in Sol de Mallorca, the apartment measures almost 90m2 with an 8m2 terrace included. This is large enough to have a table and armchairs, from which to enjoy the beautiful view of the natural park and the sea. The apartment was recently renovated and through the change of layout a third bedroom wsas created, while the open kitchen was designed with quality elements and furniture which end with a beautiful American style bar. A small electric fireplace was installed on the TV wall to create an even more welcoming environment. The resort is known for having one of the largest gardens in the area, almost like a park full of trees, in which there is a path that leads to a nearby beach. Then we find a tennis court, a huge swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs all around and finally a party room. The community also has so much parking space, that there is never a shortage of space at any time.
