Description

Nestled in the peaceful countryside just minutes from Costitx, this charming antique finca beautifully combines traditional Mallorcan character with generous living spaces and exceptional outdoor features. This property includes a valid holiday license (ETV). The main house, built in natural stone, retains its authentic charm with thick walls, traditional Mallorcan windows and an original fireplace. The ground floor offers expansive, versatile living areas, including a large open-plan kitchen with pantry, a second traditional kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, and an additional lounge. A bathroom and a bedroom—currently used for storage—complete this level. Upstairs, there are four well-proportioned bedrooms and a second bathroom. The property also benefits from a separate guest house, ideal for visitors or extended family, featuring its own living room, bedroom and bathroom. The outdoor areas are equally impressive, with a large swimming pool surrounded by various terraces, including a charming pergola draped in flowers—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A substantial pool house with barbecue area and technical room further enhances the outdoor lifestyle. Additional features include an original bread oven, a wine cellar/bodega, and a covered structure currently used for parking, offering potential for conversion into stables or other uses. A private tennis court, in need of renovation, completes this unique countryside estate. Show less Show more
