Description

For investors only, as the apartment is rented long-term. This charming apartment has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and will be sold fully furnished. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic building without a lift in Palma’s Old Town, Sindicat. A spacious communal roof terrace is shared by only three units in the building. It has been renovated to a high standard and furnished with designer pieces (Chesterfield sofa, Lamborghini wallpaper, etc.). The living room opens onto a very modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen with access to a large Juliet balcony. One of the highlights is the glazed, round balcony with a comfortable contemporary rocking chair and views over Palma’s Old Town — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in peace and quiet. The bedroom also features a Juliet balcony, a very large wardrobe, and both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with smart TVs and reversible air conditioning. On the communal roof terrace, there is ample space for patio furniture (double sun lounger, table with chairs, and an electric BBQ only). All of this can be conveniently stored in the private storage room if desired. The flat is ideally located, with all amenities and public transport just a short walk away. Show less Show more
