Located in the center of the charming village of Santanyi, with its famous market, good restaurants, art galleries and 5 minutes from the best beaches of Mallorca. The apartment is situated in a building without neighbours in which the ground floor is occupied by the private garage. On the 1st floor we find the apartment, distributed in a completely new and custom-made kitchen with all appliances in stainless steel. The kitchen has been renovated so that it is open to the living room area and a small courtyard with lots of charm. In the living room two large windows let in lots of light, one from the inner courtyard and others to the street.
