There is enough parking space inside the property for three cars. The property is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) and double-glazed windows. This house will be an ideal place to spend a few months in Mallorca by the sea/beach and within walking distance to all amenities such as supermarkets, shops, banks, medical centers, and a nice promenade with a variety of restaurants, cafés, and bars.
