Description

The country village of Ariany is situated in the northeast centre of Mallorca. From there it is less than 10 minutes by car to the bay of Alcudia and the village of Manacor or about 25 minutes by car to the city of Palma. The elegant town house is situated in a nice street and within walking distance to the centre. There are two entrances from the street and a garage entrance. The main entrance is through a portal which leads to the entrance hall. Through the authentic stone archway, you enter the spacious living room, which extends to the outside area with several terraces, a pergola, a swimming pool, fruit trees and a variety of plants. The kitchen, with stone oven, is located to the left of the living room and could easily be converted into a kitchen-dining room.
