Description

Authentic country estate in the Tramuntana mountains This characterful possessió is idyllically situated in the heart of the Tramuntana mountains, close to the sanctuary of Lluc. The property has a constructed area of 736 m² and is a typical "Casal Mallorquí" from the 18th century. It is one of the few remaining properties on the island that has retained its authentic character from the past. The large plot of 808,397 m² with various outbuildings has beautiful paths through olive groves, giant oaks, tall pines and cherry trees. This property is waiting for a new owner to take the care to completely renovate it, realising the high potential these properties have to become dream projects with their thick walls, high ceilings, old kitchens with large fireplaces, horse stables and fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. In addition to a cistern of approximately 700m3 and 2 private wells, the property also has a spring of pure water flowing from the rock. Surprisingly low maintenance, this possessió is a truly unique investment opportunity. Show less Show more
