Description

Located right in the centre of Andratx Village, this apartment is set in a charming traditional building with only two apartments, just a short walk from the main square, local cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. The property offers beautiful panoramic mountain views, as well as distant sea views towards Port d’Andratx. The rooftop terrace is a particularly attractive feature, offering lovely open views over the surrounding mountains and towards the sea. The apartment currently comprises an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and one toilet. The first bedroom has built-in wardrobes, while the second is particularly spacious and enjoys lovely views over the village and surrounding mountains. One of the property's distinctive features is that the full bathroom is located on the rooftop terrace, accessible via the stairs. This unusual layout offers the opportunity to rethink and improve the distribution as part of a renovation. The property would benefit from refurbishment, making it an interesting opportunity for someone looking to create a charming home in a very central location, while taking full advantage of the character of the building, the rooftop terrace and its beautiful views. A great option for those looking for a property with renovation potential in the heart of Andratx, close to everything the village has to offer. Show less Show more
