This authentic finca is located directly in the town of Artà and offers a perfect retreat without having to forego the urban infrastructure. Available for rent from november to may. A gate leads from the street into the cobbled courtyard. The traditional stone house extends over 2 floors. The entrance area leads into the living room with an open fireplace and access to the guest WC. A passageway leads to the dining room (left) and the fully equipped kitchen (right). From the dining room, a door leads to the terrace with a large barbecue area and the garden with pool. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is equipped with oil central heating. Location & surrounding area: Artà is situated in the northeast of the island, a good part of the municipality is part of the natural park “Parque Natural de Llevant”. It belongs to the few municipalities of Mallorca that still have natural wide sandy beaches. About 7000 inhabitants live in the 140 km2 large municipality area. The landmark, the church of Sant Salvador with its thick walls, looks proudly down to the village and can be seen for miles around.
